Why should I participate?

The truth is that doctors know how to treat patients very well, but that does not mean that they dont have a lot to learn about rhe lives that their patients live or the things which are imporatnt to them. This information provides insight into how to better serve our patients.

If I decide not to participate, will I stop receiving services?

Absolutely not. Partcipating is optional. Your decision to participate or not will not impact your care in any way.

Will I be paid or given  something if I participate?

Generally, no, unless the person who is adminitering the test tells you differently.

If I say something personal, or somethng is on my medicall records which is very private, will anyone else know?

All of the data collected is anonymyzed and securely stored.  Your data and privacy are as important to us as your health.
