Dr. Cherise Hamblin is Founder of Patients R Waiting, (PRW) and a Board Certified OB/GYN. Her interest in diversifying medicine and creating strategic programming to improve the education pipeline for clinians was her objective in the creation of PRW. This study served as a qualitative performance improvement study to gain both patient's perspectives on quality of care, but to also get narrative insigths on historical patient experiences in order to integrate specialized curricula within the Diversifying Doulas training to improve overall effiacy.
